“What are Your Greatest Strengths?”
When a hiring manager asks what your strengths are, they’re asking about the strengths that pertain to the position in question. That’s why it’s best to avoid strengths that are not relevant for the job for which you’re applying.

“Why Should We Hire You?”
When answering this question, it’s not just about saying why they should hire you; it’s about saying why they should hire you over somebody else. That means you should provide some unique qualities about yourself that separate you from other people. You still want to start out by mentioning skills that are relevant to the job. After that, though, mention some of the achievements you’ve made in the past that make you stand out.
