Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of plastic products. Ensuring our machines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely will be your top priority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.
• Develop best practices for material management and standardization across all Otto locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies

Shifts Available:

• 6am-6pm
• 6pm-6am
