First Team Staffing is looking for a ROCK STAR to join our TEAM in Catonsville, MD! We have openings for BEGINNER as well as EXPERIENCED Customer Service/Call Center Representatives. We are looking for someone interested & MOTIVATED by the opportunity to GROW with our company.

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday

Hours:

• Availability to work between 7:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls, outbound calls, outbound calls – 100+ calls per day
• Interviewing candidates
• Pitching jobs over the phone & in person
• Counseling employees on attendance, punctuality, hygiene, policy violations, etc.
• Building/maintaining relationships with companies/supervisors

Requirements:

• Experience providing optimal customer service / resolving issues
• Entry level phone/computer experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be reliable, professional, upbeat, and motivated!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
