Job Description
Schedule/Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Three Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phones/entering orders and solving any issues along the way.
- Sending orders directly to the warehouse for production.
- Invoicing customers once the installation is finished and following up with them to build/maintain relationships.
Day to Day Activities:
This person will be answering phones, entering orders, answering questions for customers, managing their system, and providing customer support/service. They will be trained on their system.
Required/Preferred Experience:
- None but office/customer service experience is a plus.
Dress Attire:
- Business casual, no tank tops.
Transportation:
- Would prefer to have their own transportation.
Personality of Employee/Type of Environment:
- Must be organized, energetic, have a good attitude, and friendly.
- This is becoming a larger company however they are still family owned.
